1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and dreamjilli ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of dreamjilli — including the game lobby, sports betting sections, slots, Bingo, and all associated features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dreamjilli are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment channels include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. No cryptocurrency, credit card, or foreign currency transactions are accepted for gaming deposits or withdrawals.

• Deposits are credited to your PHP account balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• dreamjilli does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges .
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals require completed identity verification (KYC) before processing. Pending KYC may delay withdrawal timelines.

In cases where fraudulent or irregular transaction activity is detected, dreamjilli reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the relevant account balance pending investigation. Players will be notified and given the opportunity to provide documentation to resolve the matter.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled after submission unless the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or void option for the relevant market.
• Sports betting markets — including PBA basketball, NBA, boxing, football, volleyball, and esports — are subject to the rules of the specific sport and competition. Void bets are refunded to your PHP balance.

Suspected abuse of platform features — including but not limited to odds exploitation, system manipulation, collusion, or use of automated betting software — will result in account suspension and review. dreamjilli reserves the right to void bets and withhold funds where abuse is established following investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

dreamjilli may offer bonuses, cashback, free bets, or other promotional benefits to registered players from time to time. The availability, structure, and conditions of any promotion are subject to the specific terms published alongside that promotion at the time it is offered.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination & Account Closure

dreamjilli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Multiple account operation or account sharing.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Player-requested self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balance may be forfeited. Verified cash balances resulting from legitimate gameplay will be handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable procedures.
